Impressed with this location. Every staff member has been very kind each time I’ve stopped through. One morning I came and there was a super long line, I was shocked how quick they were. My orders have always been correct and the flavor of the coffees/donuts/food is consistent. This is one of my go-to convenient coffee stops. (ps - they have great deals in the app)

Will be back but not for a while to give it a chance to get started and settled in here since it just opened but if it's the same service as what I just experienced - I will never come back. 30 min for donut holes and a iced coffee (both were good) was told they were out of the ice cream of the day (2PM on a Sunday lol) the drive through assistant needs more training or needs to work another area because it was brutal ordering.

Stopped by this Dunkin while I was in Traverse City, and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and my order came out quickly. My coffee was made perfectly, and the donuts were super fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. You can really tell they care about the quality of the food and drinks they serve. The store was also clean and had a nice atmosphere. I’ll definitely stop here again the next time I’m in Traverse City. Great job to the whole team!

First of thank you for being get Dunkin in Traverse city Which I have been waiting since long time, Finally the day has come. I visited the day it was opened pretty much slammed with customers but still they served each and every customer including myself with a smile and Greeting. Feels like traverse city Runs on Dunkin. Sometime people needs to understand before they put bad reviews about place, it’s been a couple days since it got opened Give them some time they will execute better service in a timely manner. Please ignore those who put bad reviews about it. Thank you for being a part of this community!!

Had a wonderful experience at Dunkin’ Donuts with my group of friends! The food was fresh and delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the service was friendly. We had a great time together, and everything was served quickly. Definitely a great place to relax, enjoy good food, and hang out with friends. Highly recommend!
